ORDERS

Changing an Order

All change orders must be made in writing to Orders@PinkDisplays.com. Change orders include but are not limited to changes in shipping addresses, order timeframes, or products purchased. All change orders are subject to additional charges or refunds and a restocking fee up to 50% of the retail value when applicable. All payments must be paid in full for a change order to be accepted and move onto the next step in production or shipping.

Cancelling an Order

All order cancellations must be made in writing to Orders@PinkDisplays.com. When an order is cancelled after it has been placed, the order may be subject to cancellation charges which are deducted from the refunded amount. Cancellations cannot be made on orders that have been approved for production or have already shipped. All returned items MUST be shipped with an RMA # or the shipments will be rejected. Items must be returned in unused condition to be eligable for a refund. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation. You can also log into your account and view your order there at any time.

Payment Methods/Types Accepted

We accept all major credit cards. You can rest assured that our site is secure! {All major credit card logos should show up in box}

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your account and view the current status of your order which will have tracking information if your order has already shipped.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only applicable if your billing and/or shipping address is in the state of California. Tax rates comply with standard tax rates per county.

Large Quantity Discounts

Our rock bottom pricing is based on selling large volumes. When you purchase more, you save more! And while we do love repeat business, please note that our volume pricing applies only to single large quantity purchases.

Graphic Lead Times

Lead times for items with customized printing is listed both on the item page as well as on our Artwork page.

Production Rush Fees

Our standard lead times are listed on each product page, as well as on our Artwork page. Some of our displays are available for Rush Production and all pertinent rush fees are listed on each product page.
