We have always been pleased with this Quickie Banner Stand product, having sold many of them to our own clients and used them ourselves. We only had a problem once and you immediately made good on it at no extra charge. We had to change shipping arrangements for this order several times, and you were always very quick and accomodating in making those adjustments. For security reasons we found it uncomfortable, at best, to provide credit card payment information to you via email or fax, in an age when identity theft is rampant and most retailers are willing to take credit card numbers over the phone. We would be very interested in seeing you change that policy. My only other frustration is the need to buy a minimum of two banner stands in an order. This constraint seems to be more about your convenience than the needs of the customer. Even if you offer this option only to repeat customers like us, it would be helpful to be able to order them individually when necessary. Thanks very much.
